These are the terms and conditions for shopping at the Chapnlle.com

 

Price

All prices for orders in the European Union will include swedish VAT with 25%. 

 

Tax Free (Non EU customers)

All our prices are showed including 25% Swedish tax [VAT] on our website. Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free and will therefore not be charged for any tax. The 25% VAT will be excluded from the total amount when you choose your country in the shopping cart during checkout.

 

Payment

Chapnlle offers payment through Payson. If you live within Europe please use your Payson account or your credit card – VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron and Maestro.


Chapnlle offers payment through PayPal. If you live outside Europe please use PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your existing PayPal account. If you have an existing PayPal account you can use that for your purchase without typing your credit card information. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional. You can complete your payment first, and then decide whether you want to register a PayPal account for future purchases


Shipping cost

The shipping fee within Europe, under 499 SEK costs 120 SEK (excluding VAT)

The shipping fee within Europe, order over 499 SEK costs 160 SEK (excluding VAT)

The shipping fee within Europe, order over 1000 SEK costs 200 SEK (excluding VAT)



The shipping fee outside Europe, under 499 SEK costs 144 SEK (excluding VAT)

The shipping fee outside Europe, order over 499 SEK costs 184 SEK (excluding VAT)

The shipping fee outside Europe, order over 1000 SEK costs 240 SEK (excluding VAT)

 

Shipping and delivery


Swedish orders - Swedish orders are delivered by Posten or DHL. You will get a notice by SMS or E-mail when the package is ready for pick up at your local postal center.

 

International orders - Orders outside Sweden are shipped with Posten. Orders to countries outside Europe may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Please note that the delivery time we provided is approximate or estimated. Actual delivery time is still subject to technical error of your country local postal services, slow customs clearance process during period of heavy mail traffic, location of address, transport conditions, for instance, weather, or otherwise.


If your package return to us with the reason of:
• Address not found
• Package left unclaimed
• Invalid shipping address

We will charge you 300 SEK. The total amount payable for uncollected packages is a minimum of the real return shipping cost to your country + our handling cost at the warehouse.


If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it.

All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Chapnlle have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

 

Return policy

You are entitled to return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days following the delivery of your order. The item must in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. Please note that all products returned have to be in new condition, including labels and box etc.


Underwear is non-returnable. No returns on products bought on sale.

The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned goods back to Chapnlle. Chapnlle will not compensate for items that have been lost in transportation. When returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs.


If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Chapnlle, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. We are not responsible for products that are destroyed due to careless usage of the products or damages that the customer has caused. We ask all our customers to read and follow our care recommendations.

 

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to original purchaser's bank account. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. However, you may be able to recover the customs duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

If you want to exchange an item, contact customer service at info@chapnlle.com before you return the item. This is to make sure that the new item is reserved for you. When contacting customer service, please have your customer number and order number ready.

When we have received the item and approved the return, we will send you the new item. If the new item is at higher cost you will have to pay the difference. If the new item is at lower cost, we will pay you back the difference.


If you want to make a return because of faulty goods, contact customer service info@chapnlle.com  as soon as you discover the faulty good. In order for us to reimburse you for the shipment costs you should include a receipt of the shipment costs with the return of the faulty goods.
If Chapnlle finds no fault of the product Chapnlle has the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK to cover our fees and other shipping costs.


Important information

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items should be returned to us in perfect condition.
• Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

• All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
• You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Chapnlle. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.


Personal details 

When you register at the Chapnlle.com your personal details will be registerered. Chapnlle will handle all personal details with most care.

We only collect information about you to process your order. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company, other than to fulfill the purposes described above. When you register at Chapnlle you can choose whether you want to subscribe to information from Chapnlle. If you wish to end your subscribtion, please log into your personal pages or send an email to
info@chapnlle.com

You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted. In case of e.g. attempted fraud the personal details can be displayed to police or other authorities.

 

Colours

We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.


Force majeure

In case of force majeure (e.g. war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events) the contract between you and Chapnlle can be partially or fully terminated by Chapnlle
